Note: Once you purchase this membership at $575/month, you will be automatically charged $575, and your membership will activate immediately.  This payment will act as both your official reservation and your rent for the first month of use. Please see Lydia Dodd, in the Local Works reception area, for your building key card, or email cowork@lowcountrylocalfirst.org to arrange a convenient time to pick up said key card.  Please also be sure to connect with Lydia to choose your pod location and get hooked up to the shared printer (if needed). There is no additional activation fee or charge for this membership. No contracts required. For pod and private office members, a 30-day cancellation notice is required, but 60-day notice is preferred.

The semi-private, dedicated pod membership at Local Works (1859 Summerville Ave, Charleston, SC) delivers entrepreneurs, creatives, freelancers, and artists a contract-free, collaborative workspace, centrally located on Charleston’s Upper Peninsula.  Local Works, backed by local economic development nonprofit Lowcountry Local First (est.’d 2005), is an inclusive community where all are welcome.
